Indio, CA (February 5, 2024) – 29-year-old Yordi Del Toro Mendoza was killed in a Monroe Street collision Sunday morning.

The fatal 2-car collision unfolded at around 2:45 a.m. at the intersection with Requa Avenue.

The responding crew took one of the drivers, Yordi Del Toro Mendoza, to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

The authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
