Pedestrian Dies in Fresno Hit-and-Run Collision

FRESNO, CA (January 18, 2019) – A man in his 50s was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near East Jensen and South East avenues Wednesday evening.

Two people found a man in his 50s lying unresponsive in the roadway near the intersection and called 911 for help. Investigators responded to the scene around 5:30 p.m. to investigate. Meanwhile, the victim was brought to a nearby hospital in critical condition where he died shortly after.

Authorities are asking the public for help to determine the hit-and-run vehicle and driver involved in this deadly crash.
