1 Killed in Princeton ISD School Bus Collision on FM 3286 [Lucas, TX]

Lucas, TX (January 31, 2024) – A person sustained fatal injuries following a Princeton ISD School Bus Collision on FM 3286.

Emergency responders received the accident report around 3:45 p.m. wherein two cars and a Princeton ISD school bus were involved.

According to the PISD officials, there were nine students along with the bus driver were onboard when the accident happened. Luckily, they were not hurt. 

The students were transferred to another bus and were driven home to parents who had been notified.

Sadly, a person from one of the vehicles involved in the collision was killed and two others were rushed to the hospital in unknown condition.  

Officers said at least one from the second vehicle also got injured.

Texas DPS is investigating this fatal collision.
