DPS Investigates Fatal 2-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 30
Campbell, TX (October 15, 2023) On Thursday evening, 3 people were killed in a tragic vehicle crash on Interstate 30.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), the fatal 2-vehicle crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Interstate 30 just east of Greenville.
Reports say that a 2-door passenger vehicle pulled from the shoulder in front of of a westbound semi-truck, causing a collision and with the driver of the big rig losing control and veered into the eastbound lanes.
Authorities say that all 3 occupants of the passenger vehicle perished in the collision, while the truck driver escaped injury.
DPS is investigating the fatal 2-vehicle crash and have not released further details about the crash.
