Hit-and-Run Crash on Whittier Boulevard Hurts One Person

 
East Los Angeles, CA (September 19, 2020) – On Thursday, at least one person got injured in a hit-and-run crash in Whittier Boulevard and Findlay Avenue.
 
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said they received a call about the incident at around 4:12 p.m. wherein a white Toyota Scion and a black Infiniti crashed for an unknown reason at the crossing of Whittier Boulevard and Findlay Avenue.
 
Immediately, fire department officials and the paramedics responded to the scene. They found an occupant of the Scion who suffered unspecified injuries.
 
Medical personnel provided medical treatment. Though, the authorities withheld the name and condition of the victim.
 
Moreover, the CHP report log indicated that Toyota incurred major rear-end damage upon impact. While the Infiniti ended up with major right front-end damage.
 
Meanwhile, CHP said that the Infiniti driver did not stop to render aid and fled westbound. Authorities are still gathering details and evidence to locate the suspect.
