Man Hospitalized in Desert Hot Springs Pedestrian Accident

 
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (May 15, 2019) – A 30-year-old man suffered major injuries Tuesday in a pedestrian accident on Palm Drive near Camino Campanero.
 
Around 1 a.m., officers responded to reports of a victim in the roadway.
 
Paramedics arrived shortly after and ushered the man to a nearby hospital. The pedestrian was struck by an SUV under unknown circumstances.
 
Investigators are still unsure as to what caused the accident or where the fault lies. Officers did say the driver failed to see the 30-year-old man.
