Highway 99 DUI Crash Kills Passenger, Injures Suspect Driver

 
Everett, WA (June 16, 2021) – On Monday, a passenger died while the suspect driver was injured in Highway 99 DUI crash.
 
The accident happened at around 10:15 p.m. north of State Route 525.
 
Apparently, a suspected drunk driver went over the curbing that divides the two directions of traffic. Then, the vehicles crashed head-on into another vehicle.
 
Unfortunately, a passenger in the victim’s vehicle died in the crash. On the other hand, the driver of the victim’s vehicle was not injured in the accident.
 
Moreover, the suspected DUI driver incurred serious injuries. The rescuers took the driver to the hospital.
