FONTANA, CA (October 10, 2021) – Early Thursday morning, Leo Chance Tolliver Jr died in a crash on 15 Freeway near Sierra Avenue.
 
According to San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division, the incident happened at around 12:37 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on southbound Interstate 15 Freeway, north of Sierra Avenue.
