Clovis, CA (February 24, 2021) – On Tuesday, police arrested 44-year-old Joseph Cancimilla in a vehicle crash on Temperance Avenue.
 
An officer spotted a BMW speeding on Temperance Avenue and tried to get the driver to pull over.
