Jose De Jesus Peres and Two Others Injured in Vehicle Crash on Gallagher Avenue [Tehama County, CA]

Tehama County, CA (February 04, 2022) – On Thursday morning, 48-year-old Jose De Jesus Peres sustained injuries in a vehicle crash on Gallagher Avenue involving Aldo Rosas Espinoza.

Officers said Espinoza was westbound on Gallagher Avenue at about 25 mph. Apparently, he was about to make a left turn onto Edith Avenue. 

At the same time, Peres was eastbound on Gallagher Avenue at about 35 and was approaching the intersection. 

Espinoza turned left in front of Peres.

Unfortunately, Espinoza collided into the left front of Peres’ 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. 

Immediately, the paramedics rushed Jose De Jesus Peres and his 16-year-old female passenger to St. Elizabeth Hospital with major injuries. 

Similarly, the paramedics took a 14-year-old girl who sustained major injuries to UC Davis Hospital.

Furthermore, the authorities said that none of the people in the Peres’ vehicle were wearing seat belts.
