VALLEY CENTER, CA (July 7, 2019) – A Chula Vista man has been identified Tuesday as the motorcyclist killed in a crash at a Valley Center intersection.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office said Emmette Antoine Brown II, 30, rode his 2007 Honda motorcycle southbound on Valley Center Road, just West of Mirar De Valle Road at around 4:10 p.m. Sunday when he collided with the left rear bumper of a 2017 Nissan Altima.
