Driver Injured after Car Hits Cow in Palm Springs

 
PALM SPRINGS, CA (January 1, 2019) – A driver was injured after his car crashes into cow in an unincorporated area just north of Palm Springs.
 
According to officials, the accident occurred about 12:50 PM at the intersection of Mountain View Drive and Club House Drive.
 
The driver of the vehicle struck a cow near the intersection. At this time, California Highway Patrol officers are unsure where the cow came from.
 
The driver sustained minor injuries. No paramedics were called to the scene, but Animal Control personnel were notified.
 
It is unknown if the cow was injured in the accident. No more details regarding the accident have been disclosed.
