Canon Squires Dead in Menifee Motorcycle Accident on Bundy Canyon Road

MENIFEE, CA (January 29, 2023) – Saturday, Canon Squires, 55, died in a motorcycle crash on Bundy Canyon Road and Wright Road.

The crash involved the Menifee motorcycle rider and a pickup truck. Moreover, it happened at the intersection of Bundy Canyon and Wright roads.

According to police, the crash led to no other injuries.
Apparently, the motorcycle and pickup drove westbound on Bundy Canyon Road at the time of the accident. The Ford driver slowed for a left turn. Then, Canon Squires attempted to pass the traffic on the other side of the roadway when the driver of the Ford commenced its turn.

Thus, the motorcyclist hit the driver’s side of the Ford vehicle.

The driver of the Ford remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
