Brian Greggi Dies After Being Hit by Driver on Highway 29 Near Trower Avenue

 
NAPA, CA (February 1, 2019) – A 51-year-old Napa man was fatally struck by a motorist on Highway 29 near Trower Avenue Wednesday evening.
 
Napa Police believe Brian Sean Greggi was not in a marked crosswalk when he was crossing eastbound on Highway 29. He was struck by a northbound traveling vehicle at Trower Avenue and was pronounced dead at 6:27 p.m.
 
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was questioned by officers. Police are looking into whether the 51-year-old pedestrian was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
