Antonio Aguirre Killed in Atwood Avenue Motorcycle Crash [Moreno Valley, CA]

Moreno Valley, CA (July 24, 2021) – On Thursday, 22-year-old Antonio Aguirre of Moreno Valley lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Atwood Avenue.

The deadly crash took place at about 3:35 p.m. near Indian Street.

Aguirre was westbound on Atwood Avenue on his 2004 Honda motorcycle. He was approaching a 2016 Kia Soul from behind when the driver of the car attempted a turning movement.

Apparently, Aguirre crossed the centerline to pass the Kia. However, he crashed into the driver’s side and was thrown from his motorcycle.

Responding paramedics arrived and pronounced Aguirre dead at the scene.

The unidentified Kia driver was not injured in the accident. Officers released the driver after being questioned.
