Amanda Materie and Randall Bliss Hospitalized in Burbank Crash
Burbank, WA (August 21, 2021) – On Thursday, 35-year-old Amanda Materie, and 57-year-old Randall Bliss, were both injured in a motorcycle crash on State Route 12.
It was about 2:40 pm.m. when the accident happened at milepost 295.
Officers said Bliss was driving an eastbound motorcycle on the freeway in the left lane.
Then , he made an improper lane change and crashed with a car traveling in the right lane.
As a result, Bliss and Materie, his passenger, suffered injuries in the accident. Rescuers transported them to the hospital.
Moreover, officers said both of them were wearing USDOT compliant helmets during the accident.
The authorities arrested Bliss for improper lane change.
