1 Dead in Harvard Rollover Accident on Interstate 15 and Harvard Road

HARVARD, CA (January 24, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a person died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 and Harvard Road.

The incident happened at around 2:47 p.m. on southbound Interstate 15 and Harvard Road.

Moreover, the California Highway Patrol, and San Bernardino County Fire Department all came to the scene.

According to reports, a black or dark green Toyota Tacoma pickup truck lost control at an unknown speed. Then, the truck steered onto the right shoulder and overturned multiple times.

Then, it landed around 30 feet off of the freeway on its roof.

When firefighters arrived, they freed two people and a dog inside the upside-down pickup truck.

Then, Mercy Air #66 transported one person to Loma Linda University Medical Center. Meanwhile, the other person succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash.

Moreover, the dog was said to be okay.

At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased due to pending family notification.

Furthermore, the California Highway Patrol Barstow Office continues to investigate the crash.
