Knightsen, CA (May 21, 2022) – Friday evening, one person sustained major injuries in a crash on Delta Road and Pastor Lane.

The crash in Knightsen happened at around 10 p.m. on May 20.

CHP said the vehicle collided with a horse. There were two occupants in the vehicle.

EMS airlifted one patient to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek for treatment while the second person refused treatment.

The horse died after the collision.
