1 Killed in Highway 58 Pedestrian Accident [Bakersfield, CA]

Bakersfield, CA (April 28, 2024) – A pedestrian sustained fatal injuries following a Highway 58 pedestrian accident Saturday afternoon.

It was about 1:15 p.m. when the victim was hit on the eastbound freeway off-ramp at Union Avenue.

The authorities withheld the identity of the deceased pending notification of kin. 

Luckily, no other injuries have been reported in this accident.

Troopers are investigating.
