BELLINGHAM, WA (November 16, 2020) – Tuesday morning, a rollover crash on Interstate 5 injured a person in Bellingham, Washington.
 
Moreover, according to WSP Trooper Heather Axtman, the incident involving a Honda CRV and a Hyundai Accent was first reported in a tweet by the Washington State Department of Transportation around 10:30 a.m.
 
Additionally, it occurred just north of the Nulle Road exit near milepost 243.
 
As a result, responders transported a person to a hospital after suffering minor injuries, Washington State Patrol Trooper Heather Axtman said.
 
Furthermore, a passenger dog in one of the involved vehicles was ejected during the crash. However, it had been seen walking around the scene of the incident.
 
Whatcom County animal control responded to the scene, as it’s been more than an hour after the crash and the dog has not been collared yet.
