Woman at ATM Machine Hurt After Being Hit by Car in Sonora
SONORA, CA (March 7, 2019) – A woman suffered serious injuries Wednesday when a vehicle rammed into her at Tuolumne Road near Mono Way.
A silver Hyundai veered over the sidewalk and struck a woman using a Wells Fargo ATM machine, according to Jazper Porter, a witness.
The 12:22 p.m. crash caused the woman to shriek. According to the 28-year-old witness, the victim fell to the ground when the car reversed.
Porter immediately called 911 as she bolted across the way to the injured woman, who likely sustained injuries from the hips down.
According to reports, the woman in the Hyundai stayed in the vehicle following the crash. Yet, authorities are seeking the cause of the crash.
