SAN ANTONIO, TX (January 24, 2023) – Late Sunday night, a woman sustained injuries in an auto accident on Culebra Road near Benrus Boulevard.
 
The incident happened at the 4200 block of Culebra Road, near Benrus Boulevard.
 
According to reports, a car struck a man and a woman who were in a fight that stemmed from a car burglary. Authorities said that a 39-year-old man confronted the 64-year-old woman who was a suspect in a car burglary. Then, the fight brought the two into the roadway. However, a passing car struck both of them.
 
Moreover, responders transported the woman to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the man suffered no injuries in the crash.
 
Furthermore, the vehicle driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
