Waterman Avenue Pedestrian Accident Kills 47-Year-Old Man

San Bernardino, CA (Aug. 1, 2023) – On July 27, 47-year-old Victorino Vasquez of Riverside was fatally struck by a vehicle on 10 Freeway.

California Highway Patrol officers responded to the accident scene at about 8:12 p.m. at the Waterman Avenue exit ramp.

Sadly, Victorino Vasquez succumbed to his crash injuries at about 8:42 p.m.

CHP is currently investigating the cause of this collision.
