Red Bluff, CA (March 31, 2022) On Wednesday, a young child was killed in a traffic collision on Kimball Road.
The Red Bluff Police (RBPD) says that the fatal collision happened in the 1000 block of Kimball Road.
Reports say that 18-year-old Isabella Helmericks was driving a vehicle that reportedly struck the child.
Rescuers found the minor on the road with serious injuries and took them to the hospital, where the child succumbed to their injuries.
Police say that neither drugs nor alcohol was a factor in the crash.
