Fowler Police Arrested Suspected DUI Driver in Vehicle Accident on Sumner Avenue
Fowler, CA (November 18, 2023) On Thursday, a disastrous vehicle crash on Sumner Avenue left a man lying on the ground with injuries.
According to the Fowler Police Department, the suspected DUI crash happened on Sumner Avenue when a car drove into a Subway building.
