SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 26, 2023) – Saturday morning, a tragic hit-and-run crash on Alamo Street in San Antonio left 1 man lifeless.

The incident happened at around 1:25 a.m. on Alamo Street and Probandt Street.

According to the San Antonio Police, an eastbound 2021 White Tesla Model 3 failed to negotiate a curve and drove over a concrete island.

Then, the Tesla struck a male pedestrian who was walking on the sidewalk. Also, the Tesla continued driving and crashed into a building. Eventually, the Tesla driver fled on foot after the incident.

Moreover, responding paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that the Tesla driver will be charged with Failure to Stop and Render Aid- Death when found.
