Todd Welliver Dies, Semi-truck Crashed Into Home on Isleta Avenue

 
Mesa, CA (January 10, 2021) – On New Year’s Eve, 50-year-old Todd Welliver died and others were injured when a semi-truck crashed into a home on Isleta Avenue.
 
The fatal crash took place at about 7 p.m. when a truck exiting U.S. 60 traveling east failed to stop at Crismon Road and drove into Welliver’s house.
 
Apparently, there were 10 people inside the house at the time of the accident.
 
Unfortunately, Welliver died in the accident.
 
Meanwhile, no one else in the house was seriously hurt.
 
The truck driver sustained minor injuries and went to the hospital.
 
Moreover, the Police Department’s preliminary investigation considers that the driver may have been in a medical emergency prior to the accident.
