Napa, CA (December 14, 2021) – On Saturday, the authorities arrested 33-year-old James Maldonado, a Santa Rosa man, in a DUI crash on Highway 12 that injured three people.
Apparently, a Honda Pilot SUV driven by Maldonado rolled over near Duhig Road.
Maldonado and his three passengers, ages 35, 17, and 8, sustained minor injuries. Rescuers took them by ambulance to the Queen.
Later on, the authorities arrested Maldonado on felony DUI allegation.
