TEMPLETON, CA – 2 Injured in Two-Car Wreck on Templeton Road Near Salinas River

Drivers Hospitalized in Templeton Collision

 
TEMPLETON, CA (February 21, 2019) – Two people were injured, one seriously, after two vehicles collided on Templeton Road near the Salinas River Tuesday night.
 
The California Highway Patrol said the collision happened around 9:45 p.m. on the Salinas River bridge. A Chevrolet pickup truck and a Ford Mustang collided when the driver of the Chevy may have crossed the double yellow lines before hitting the Ford. The driver in the Chevy was hospitalized with major injuries while the Mustang driver suffered a minor head injury.
 
The circumstances and cause of the crash are still under investigation by the authorities.
