East Harbor Boulevard Accident Leaves Katelyn Journigan and Shawna Aragon Dead

 
Ventura, CA (April 25, 2021) – On Friday, Katelyn Journigan died and two others were injured in a head-on crash on East Harbor Boulevard.
 
Moreover, officers received the report of a fatal head-on crash at about 10:13 p.m. west of Sanjon Road.
 
When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered two vehicles crashed with at least one person trapped inside.
 
Unfortunately, one driver, Ms. Journigan, died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, officers took two people from the second vehicle to a local hospital for treatment. The second vehicle’s driver was seriously injured, and the passenger sustained minor injuries.
 
Ultimately, officers closed East Harbor Boulevard in both directions west of Sanjon Road for several hours as they investigate.
