Bakersfield, CA (July 24, 2022) On Friday, a motorcycle rider was found dead on Rosedale Highway in an apparent hit-and-run collision.
Reports say that after midnight, the CHP received reports of the hit-and-run crash at the intersection with Gibson Street.
