1 Person Killed in San Diego Auto Accident on Biona Drive and Adams Avenue

SAN DIEGO, CA (March 23, 2023) – Wednesday, a rollover crash on Biona Drive and Adams Avenue left a 6-year-old boy lifeless.

The San Diego police revealed that a 45-year-old man drove a Jeep with two children inside just after 7:45 a.m.

As they headed south on Biona Drive, they tried to cross the intersection with Adams Avenue. However, a Hyundai Sonata sedan driving east on Adams Avenue crashed into the Jeep.

As a result, the Jeep overturned.

Investigators confirmed that the sedan struck the Jeep on its passenger side. The impact flipped the vehicle onto its driver’s side, said San Diego police Lt. Daniel Hall.

Meanwhile, officers said that the child who died was riding in the seat behind his father. Moreover, his 8-year-old sister also rode as a back-seat passenger in the vehicle. Police confirmed that both children were in safety seats.
