One Killed in Los Angeles Hit-and-Run Crash on Melrose Avenue

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 17, 2019) – A person suffered fatal injuries in a hit-and-run accident in Los Angeles on Wednesday, May 15.
 
The crash happened around 10:10 p.m. on Melrose Avenue and Ogden Drive near Fairfax High School.
 
A pedestrian was struck by the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
 
 
Police descended on a West Hollywood apartment building, where they appeared to be focusing their investigation following the crash.
 
Authorities are still looking for a black sedan that fled from the scene.
