At Least One Injured in Ontario Collision

 
ONTARIO, CA (December 3, 2018) – At least one person sustained injuries following a multi-vehicle crash on Thursday, November 29.
 
Authorities received calls about the accident at around 5:43 a.m. on northbound 15 Freeway, just south of 10 Freeway
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, when officials arrived at the scene, they found a vehicle blocking the lanes on the freeway. Another vehicle went down a ditch on the right shoulder of the road and collided into several parked cars.
 
Ontario Police Department responded to the area and extricated a female occupant that was trapped in one of the vehicles located just 300 yards near Airport Drive.
 
Ambulances responded at the scene and paramedics reported that at least one person involved in the collision was transported to a medical center in San Antonio for complaint of pain.
 
The roads in the area were closed for a time as rescue crews and officials investigated and cleared the scene.
