One Dead in DUI Car Accident on Evergreen Way near 108th Street [Everett, WA]

Driver Arrested in Deadly Two-Car Accident in Everett

 
EVERETT, WA (March 19, 2019) – Saturday’s two-vehicle accident on Evergreen Way near 108th Street Southwest left one person dead and another in custody for DUI.
 
The Saturday morning accident unfolded around 6 a.m. in the 10800 block of Evergreen Way.
 
According to police officers, a southbound Subaru veered into the opposing lane and struck a northbound Toyota Corolla. As a result of the accident, the Toyota driver died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, officers arrested the Subaru driver on suspicion of DUI. Prosecutors say the driver may imminently face vehicular homicide charges.
 
An investigation is underway, as police determine the details.
