Adams County Hit-and-Run Collision Kills Lakewood Man
Lind, WA (November 1, 2023) – Nicholas Cooper, 31, from Lakewood, was killed following a State Route 395 collision Monday morning.
It was about 3:41 a.m. when a southbound driver on the freeway struck Cooper while walking and fled the scene.
