1 Hospitalized after Mill Creek Motorcycle Accident

 
MILL CREEK, WA (August 13, 2019) – A motorcycle rider sufffered life-threatening injuries in an accident with a car near Seattle Hill Road on August 9.
 
According to witnessess, the 50-year-old male rider from Snohomish turned left out of a business in the 5100 block of 132nd Avenue SE. He tried to cross two westbound lanes when the car struck him. Responders took him to a local hospital.
 
The vehicle driver did not suffer any injury and remained at the scene to talked with investigators from the sheriff’s Collisions Investigation Unit, spokesperson Shari Ireton revealed.
 
The incident shut down both eastbound lanes of 132nd Avenue while detectives worked at the scene.
 
Authorities also shut down a westbound lane. An investigation into the accident continues.
