Police Investigate an Auto-Pedestrian Crash on  Bluebonnet Lane in Scotts Valley

Scotts Valley, CA (September 24, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a mother and her young son sustained injuries in a crash on Bluebonnet Lane and Kings Village Road.

The crash happened shortly after 8 a.m. on September 22,  near Skypark.

Scotts Valley police said a passing car struck the pedestrians. EMS took them to an out-of-county medical center and released them the same day after treatment of nonlife-threatening injuries.

Police do not believe that excessive speed or alcohol were factors in this case. 

Further investigation into this crash is ongoing.
