28-Year-Old Meranda Griffin Killed in Highway 31 Collision [Navarro County, TX ]

Navarro County, TX (November 1, 2023) – Meranda Griffin, 28, and Craig Jennings, 48, both of Athens, were killed in a Highway 31 collision on October 23.

Texas DPS officers said that Jennings was eastbound on Highway 31 and failed to stay in a single lane. Jennings left the roadway to the south and slammed into a tree that caught fire after the crash.

Unfortunately, Jennings and his passenger, Meranda Griffin, both died at the scene. 

No other injuries were reported in this collision.
