Melguis Lemus Detained in DUI Two-Car Wreck at El Camino Real and Taylor Avenue

 
SAN BRUNO, CA (February 27, 2019) – A 31-year old Hayward man was arrested Tuesday following a DUI two-vehicle crash at El Camino Real and Taylor Avenue.
 
Melguis Orlando Lemus, 31, rear-ended a pickup truck after running a red light at 12:10 a.m. Lemus suffered minor injuries in the two-car crash and was later arrested by police on suspicion of driving while impaired driving, driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle with an ignition interlock device.
 
The motorist in the pickup truck, whom he hit, was unharmed.
