San Bernardino, CA (October 31, 2021) – On October 23, 63-year-old Manuel Diego Perez of San Bernardino died was fatally struck on Foothill Boulevard.

Officers responded to the accident scene at 6:48 p.m. near North Rancho Avenue.

Officers said a vehicle struck Perez and he suffered serious injuries.

However, when the paramedics arrived, they pronounced Perez dead at the crash scene at 7:21 p.m.
