Pedestrian Accident Involving Hit-and-Run Driver Reported in Modesto

 
MODESTO, CA (January 21, 2020)—A man suffered serious injuries in Monday’s hit-and-run pedestrian crash at McHenry Avenue and Claribel Road.
 
According to reports, California Highway Patrol officers responded to the scene around 1:00 a.m.
 
There, officials discovered a man on the ground with major injuries. Paramedics shuttled him to a local hospital for treatment.
 
The driver involved, however, reportedly fled the scene and failed to render aid to the man. Reports indicated that the car, described as a silver Cadillac sedan, fled north on McHenry Avenue.
