Pedestrian Hospitalized after Struck by SUV near 29th Avenue

 
GRANT HILL, CA (December 9, 2018) – A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Imperial Avenue, early Friday afternoon. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
 
According to officials, the incident took place at around 12:50 PM near 29th Avenue. As per reports, the pedestrian was about to enter his parked vehicle when he was hit by two nearby vehicles that collided with each other.
 
First responders arrived at the scene, and transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment and evaluation. Police stated the man sustained minor injuries, but there are no other updates at this time. No other injuries were reported in the incident.
 
Video surveillance of the scene confirmed that a white SUV crashed into the driver’s door of a grey sedan. A third vehicle, described as a Cadillac, was nearby with front-end damage. No further details have been released, as the investigation continues.
