Man Dies in Front Street Two-Vehicle Collision [Burbank, CA]

Burbank, CA (April 29, 2022) – On Thursday, at about 12:30 p.m., a man lost his life and a woman sustained serious injuries in a Front Street two-vehicle collision.

The fatal incident took place on Magnolia Boulevard, near 5 Freeway.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they located the man victim suffering from significant injuries in the driver’s seat of the blue sedan.

“Efforts were made to extract and render aid to the male driver, but he was pronounced deceased at the scene,” the BPD says. “There were no other occupants in his vehicle.”

Witnesses say they saw the blue sedan traveling at a fast speed before the incident.

The authorities determined that the unsafe speed was the possible reason for the collision. Though, they are investigating if drugs or alcohol were also a factor in the fatal crash.
