SAN DIEGO, CA (October 28, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a man died in a pedestrian crash on Interstate 5 and State Route 94.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 6:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred on southbound Interstate 5 and State Route 94.
 
Reports revealed that a car struck a 20-year-old Las Vegas man. Apparently, the crash happened as the man exited his vehicle and walked on the ramp.
 
Furthermore, officials confirmed that the victim died in the crash.
 
Moreover, the incident closed the freeway connector for about two hours, CHP spokesman Sal Castro said.
 
The incident remains under investigation.
