Juana Ervin of Vacaville Dies in Vanden Road Vehicle Collision [Vacaville, CA]

Vacaville, CA (May 17, 2022) – On Mother’s Day, Juana Ervin, 43, of Vacaville, dies in a Vanden Road vehicle collision.

The fatal crash happened at about 6:45 a.m. at the intersection with Alamo Drive.

The authorities said that one of the involved vehicles was driven by Ervin before the collision. While the other vehicle crashed with the driver’s side of Ervin’s vehicle.

“We don’t know who’s at fault at this point because the collision is still under investigation,” the officer added.

“We consider that one of the vehicles was not supposed to be there (in the intersection), but we don’t know how it unfolded,” police said.

Moreover, the officers do not consider drugs or alcohol as a factor in the accident. Though, they said that they could not estimate the speeds of the vehicles.
