52-Year-Old Javier Millan Killed in Vermont Avenue Accident [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (Aug. 12, 2023) – On Thursday night, 52-year-old Javier Millan was killed following a Vermont Avenue accident.

The fatal collision took place at about 10:30 p.m. in the area of Knox Street. 

According to the investigating officers, Javier Millan was struck by a northbound beige BMW SUV on Vermont Avenue. He died at the crash scene.

The authorities detained the 42-year-old man driving the SUV for questioning.
