Car Crashes into Parked Plane in San Jose Airport

 
San Jose, CA (November 9, 2020) – Sunday afternoon, 54-year-old Hung Nguyen was arrested for DUI after crashing into a parked airplane at Reid-Hillview Airport.
 
The crash happened at around 4:45 p.m. on November 8. Deputies responded shortly after to the airport at 2500 Cunningham Avenue in East San Jose.
 
Santa Clara County reports say the collision caused damaged to three planes. Emergency crews transported Nguyen to a hospital and is expected to survive.
 
Currently, Nguyen is facing charges for DUI and will be booked into Santa Clara County Jail after his release from the hospital.
