Long Beach Big Rig Crash Kills Hugo Gonzalez Martinez

 
Long Beach, CA (June 05, 2021) – On Friday, Hugo Gonzalez Martinez, a 25-year-old motorcyclist from Long Beach lost his life in a motorcycle -big rig crash on 91 Freeway.
 
The fatal accident took place at about 9:10 a.m. on the eastbound lanes, at the Cherry Avenue offramp.
 
Apparently, Martinez was eastbound on a 2007 Kawasaki. He was ejected from his motorcycle onto the roadway and rolled into the number three lane.
 
Afterwards, he was struck by a big rig, a 2011 Freightliner.
 
Authorities pronounced him dead on the scene, wile the big rig driver was not injured in the accident.
