Chloe Cook Stott and Parker Stott Killed in a Head-On Crash on US 93 in Wickenburg

Wickenburg, AZ (December 26, 2023) – A couple from Utah died in a head-on crash on US 93.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a Toyota pickup truck, driven by 26-year-old Parker Stott with 24-year-old Chloe Cook Stott as a passenger, was passing other cars legally on US 93 when it crashed into a Volvo commercial truck-tractor on the night of Dec. 20.

Chloe Cook Stott died at the scene, and Parker Stott, the driver, also died on Dec. 24 from burn injuries after going to the hospital. 

The couple was on their way from Utah to Arizona to be with family for the holidays, as mentioned on a GoFundMe page created in their memory. 

The Volvo truck driver went to the hospital as a precaution.

According to KUTV, Chloe was a young entrepreneur who founded her own skincare business. Chloe and Parker had recently found out they were expecting a child, according to an Instagram page made in honor of the couple.

“They were so excited to be parents and share the news with their loved ones over Christmas,” the Instagram page states.
